Depending on your use of the App, we may collect and process:

• Identification and contact: name, email, phone (optional), photo (optional).
• Demographics: date of birth, gender, country, state.
• Account and security: access logs, device identifiers, IP address, security events, age-of-majority validation.
• Session operations: metadata (date, duration, Counselor, technical incidents).
• Payments/Plans: purchase and subscription status, transaction identifiers and confirmations. (We do not store full card details when payment is processed by Apple/Google.)

Due to the nature of Sessions, you may share sensitive information. The Platform does not record Sessions and does not ask you to share sensitive data; however, to operate the service, communications are processed in real time through technology providers.

• create and manage your account;
• operate the Platform and enable Sessions;
• manage Tokens, bookings, support, and customer service;
• security, fraud prevention, audit, and legal compliance;
• handle requests, complaints, authority requirements, and protection of rights.

• analytics and metrics to improve the product;
• promotional communications (email/push) when enabled, with an opt-out option.

We may share data:

• with Counselors, only what is necessary to operate the Session and booking (for example: name/alias, photo if any, language, general location, and booking details);
• with service providers by categories (communications, authentication, notifications, subscriptions/payments, analytics, error monitoring, hosting/infrastructure, verification, and security);
• due to legal obligations or authority requests, or to protect rights, security, and Platform integrity;
• in corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, reorganization).

Your data may be processed outside Mexico depending on providers and infrastructure.

We retain data only as long as necessary for purposes, security, and legal obligations. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify information reasonably; however, we may retain minimal or de-identified records for security, fraud prevention, audit, and legal compliance.

You may exercise rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO) by sending a request to admin@platicasprofundas.com.

Your request must include:
(i) name and a means to respond;
(ii) documents to prove your identity (and, if applicable, representation);
(iii) a clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data involved;
(iv) any element that facilitates locating the data.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 days from receipt and, if applicable, we will execute within the 15 days following the response. Deadlines may be extended once for an equal period when circumstances justify it.

You may revoke consent or limit use/disclosure when applicable by writing to admin@platicasprofundas.com and/or adjusting preferences on your device or within the App.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data. No system is completely secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will publish updates to this Notice on the Website and/or within the App.
