• Identification and contact: name, email, phone (if provided), photo, location, language.
• Professional profile: bio, specialties, certifications.
• Verification: official ID and supporting documentation; verification status when used.
• Operations: availability, schedule, Session metadata, security logs.

• create and manage your account and profile;
• verify identity and eligibility to operate on the Platform;
• enable Sessions and scheduling;
• security, fraud prevention, quality control, audit, and legal compliance;
• handle requests and authority requirements.

• aggregated analytics to improve the product;
• informational communications and, when enabled, promotional communications (with an opt-out option).

We may share data:

• with Clients, only what is necessary for your profile and Session operation (for example: name, photo if any, bio, specialties, language, general location, and availability);
• with providers by categories (communications, authentication, notifications, analytics, error monitoring, hosting/infrastructure, verification, and security);
• due to legal obligations or authority requirements;
• in corporate transactions.

Your data may be processed outside Mexico.

We retain data only as long as necessary. If you delete your account, we may retain minimal or de-identified records for security, fraud prevention, audit, and legal compliance.

You may exercise ARCO rights by writing to admin@platicasprofundas.com with the elements and deadlines indicated in the Clients Privacy Notice (same procedure and deadlines: 20 days to respond and 15 days to execute, with possible extension under law).

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
