The Counselor must connect punctually to Sessions. Repeated delays may result in restrictions, suspension, or account termination.

If the Counselor does not attend, the Platform may apply operational and enforcement measures, including restrictions, suspension, or account termination.

The Counselor must maintain respectful and professional conduct. Harassment, threats, hate or discrimination, explicit sexual content, exploitation, fraud, impersonation, and any illegal or dangerous activity are prohibited.

The Counselor may only use Client data to operate Sessions within the Platform. Copying, selling, or disclosing data, or contacting outside the Platform without express and valid authorization, is prohibited.

Manipulating the system, bypassing controls, requesting payments outside the Platform when prohibited/limited, or attempting to record/intercept communications without authorization is prohibited.

The Platform may investigate reports, apply reasonable measures, and update this Policy prospectively by publishing the current version.
